What You'll Do

As a Technical Lead at Orgmatch, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly and intuitive. In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to the development team - Collaborating with other teams to ensure that our software solutions integrate seamlessly with our clients' systems - Developing and maintaining technical documentation - Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who has a passion for technology and a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field - At least 7 years of experience in software development - Experience leading a team of developers - Strong knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
